That the Parliament commends the Linktown Tenants and Residents Association in Kirkcaldy for providing more than 30 donated sleeping bags and ground mats to homeless people this year; understands that the association travelled to Glasgow’s most vulnerable areas on 25 February 2020 to hand out sleeping bags donated by members of the community; recognises Lizzy and Shane Halstead for channelling their lived experience with homelessness to give something back; notes that Lizzy was named TPASTenant Champion 2019 for her remarkable contributions from participating in Sleep in the Park to raising money towards the creation of the Social Bite Village; thanks the community volunteers for their generous efforts, and wishes them well.
