That the Parliament commends Simon Lloyd and Network Rail for donating safety equipment and 17 reconditioned children’s bikes to Abbeyhill Primary School in Edinburgh; notes that this is part of a wider Edinburgh Waverley station initiative with GameChanger, which is a partnership that uses football as a platform to deliver projects that provide mental health benefits to vulnerable people; understands that the bikes were reconditioned voluntarily by Simon, who is a customer support assistant with Network Rail at Waverley; notes that Simon has gifted over 300 bikes to charities, including Cycle Africa and several organisations in Edinburgh that assist disadvantaged communities and homeless people; notes that Network Rail has also donated helmets, high visibility safety vests and straps for use with the bikes and that the contractor, Story, transported all the bikes to the school, and sends its best wishes to Simon, Network Rail and all involved with this initiative.
