That the Parliament congratulates Margaret MacInnes, who is from Helensburgh, on receiving the British Empire Medal (BEM) in the New Year’s Honours list; recognises Margaret's dedication to the progression of Highland dance; acknowledges that she strives to provide all of her students with an inclusive and equal approach, regardless of their financial situation; appreciates the support that Margaret and her students give to care homes, child and adult hospices and charities, including Macmillan and the Joan MacGregor Matrimonial Fund, and wishes Margaret continued success in her work.
