Congratulating Grenville Johnston, Lord-Lieutenant of Moray

That the Parliament congratulates Grenville Johnston CVO OBE TD on his retirement as HM Lord Lieutenant of Moray after 15 years of dedicated service; understands that he was first appointed Deputy-Lieutenant in 1980 before becoming Lord-Lieutenant of the county in 2005; recognises the range of public duties that he has carried out in these roles as well as in his previous service in the armed forces, and wishes him well in his other roles and future endeavours.
