That the Parliament congratulates Albyn Housing Society on winning the Affordable Housing Development of the Year award at the Herald Property Awards 2019 for the Drovers Square development in Ardgay; notes that Albyn Housing Society, based in Easter Ross, worked in partnership with the Kyle of Sutherland Development Trust in developing the first social housing to be constructed in the village of Ardgay for 30 years, and recognises the positive difference that this partnership working has made to the community.
