That the Parliament congratulates the Moray Company, 1st Battalion The Highlanders Army Cadet Force on being named Champion Company for the third year following its annual battalion camp, which was held in Cumbria; recognises the achievement of the cadets in being awarded this distinction; notes that the 1st Battalion covers cadet forces from across the Highland and Islands with the Moray Company covering detachments in Elgin, Forres, Nairn, Ardersier and Culloden, and acknowledges the positive work and contribution of by cadet forces in Moray and across the Highlands and Islands.
