That the Parliament congratulates the Russian Arctic Convoy Project on securing £46,300 from the National Lottery Heritage Fund for its Blazing a Wartime Trail Round Loch Ewe project; commends the commitment of the project team in continuing to protect the legacy at the point of departure of the convoys bound for Russia during the Second World War, and wishes the team well in delivering this project and in its other endeavours.
