Inverclyde Youth Project Awarded £10,060 from Scottish Children’s Lottery

That the Parliament congratulates Inverclyde Thrive, which is run by Barnardo’s Scotland, on being awarded a £10,060 grant from the Scottish Children’s Lottery to support its Fund with Friends group; notes that the weekly social group for young disabled people aged from 12 to 19 will be able to continue thanks to this funding; thanks all at Barnardo’s Scotland for establishing this local youth project which offers opportunities for young people to enjoy new experiences and develop important life skills, while making new friends and having fun, and commends the work of all the volunteers involved in running the group.
