Inverclyde Groups Benefit from The Robertson Trust Funding

That the Parliament congratulates eight Inverclyde groups on sharing a total of £372,500 in funding from The Robertson Trust; understands that Ardgowan Hospice received £30,000 towards its running costs, while Lyle Gateway also received £30,000 to employ a Community Development Leader; notes that the Jericho Benedictine Society was awarded £73,500 toward the running costs of the Jericho Addiction Recovery Service; recognises that the Moving On charity received £18,000 toward its running costs; appreciates that Starter Packs Inverclyde was awarded £30,000 toward employing a Project Co-ordinator; acknowledges that Craigend Resource Centre received the largest award locally of £180,000 toward the redevelopment of the centre; notes that Youth Connections received £10,000 for its Young Person’s Digital Skills Academy, while the 42nd Greenock & District Scouts was awarded £1,000 for activity equipment; believes that all of these groups make a positive difference to the lives of people in Inverclyde; thanks them for all their efforts in the community, and wishes them every success in the future.
