That the Parliament welcomes the Asda Foundation funding that has been donated to good causes across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire; notes that Asda Bridge of Dee awarded £1,000 to the sheltered housing complex, Mark Bush Court, which was used to pay for a home cinema system for residents to enjoy; welcomes the £1,000 donated by Asda Portlethen to the Portlethen Gala, which helped fund the event, ensuring proceeds from the Gala were donated to local causes, including Portlethen and District Men's Shed, Dementia Friendly Portlethen, Portlethen Scouts and Girlguiding, as well as other recipients; commends the Asda Foundation donations to charitable organisations, including Cash for Kids, which received £2,504; commends everyone who participated, including the public who voted for the good causes, and the invaluable work of the store Community Champions, and wishes all the organisations and the Asda Foundation continued success in the future.
