That the Parliament congratulates Lucy Penman from Kirkcaldy on being elected as a Member of the Youth Parliament (MYP) for the Mid Scotland and Fife region at the UK Youth Parliament (UKYP) elections; notes that the UKYP provides opportunities for 11- to 18-year-olds to use their elective voice to bring about social change through meaningful representation and campaigning; commends Lucy’s commitment, and wishes her all the best in her new role.
