That the Parliament welcomes the news that Gail Boag is the new Dean of Edinburgh Napier University’s Business School; considers that Gail has an impressive leadership and management record in both the private and public sectors, most recently in roles with BT, which saw her become a regional director and member of the BT Scotland Board; commends her stated strategy for the Business School to work very closely with industry to help create a workforce of the future and become the partner of choice for commercial activities; considers that Gail's appointment is a positive boost for Napier’s reputation as a centre of excellence for business learning and expertise, and wishes her every success as Dean.
