That the Parliament congratulates Bridging the Gap, which
is part of the Gorbals Ecumenical Project, on being awarded £149,870 in lottery
funding; understands that it will use this to bring people who live in the
Gorbals together through a range of activities, and notes that these will
include a social enterprise bakery featuring its produce twice-a-week,
a community engagement session on "Big Thursdays", which will include
a free meal, weekly morning and afternoon baby and toddler groups and monthly "Come
Dine With Us" community meals, with musicians from the area.
