That the Parliament welcomes the news that the Rotary Club of Alloa presented 10-year-old Lachlan Morris from Clackmannanshire, who was born with severe cerebral palsy, and his family, with a cheque for £500 ahead of Christmas to help reach their target of raising £20,000 toward specialist equipment that will make everyday tasks a little bit easier and more enjoyable for Lachlan; understands that the family are now over halfway towards reaching this goal; notes that an eye-gaze device and tablet, which Lachlan uses to help communicate, has recently been purchased and that it is now hoped that a height-adjustable bath, which will cost around £7,000, can be bought for him; commends the Rotarians, and wishes Lachlan and his family the very best of luck with the appeal.
