That the Parliament congratulates Growing Kirkcaldy and all of its partners on being awarded a silver gilt at the Royal Horticulture Society's Britain in Bloom UK finals; commends its positive representation in the Small City category; appreciates the work that Growing Kirkcaldy has in both making the city more beautiful and bringing the community together, and wishes everyone involved well as they continue to keep Kirkcaldy looking lively and creating an environment where everyone can work to do so.
