That the Parliament congratulates Donald Russell Butchers of Inverurie on its success in the Great Taste Awards; understands that the scheme is run by the Guild of Fine Food and, in 2017, involved over 500 judges; recognises that the company was awarded two stars for its rib eye steak burger, its minced steak, its French trimmed lamb rack and its slow-cooked whole beef shin, as well as one star for its beef Wellington log; acknowledges the importance of quality butchery in showcasing the products of agriculture in the north east of Scotland, and wishes Donald Russell continued success.
