That the Parliament congratulates Vanda Hardy on being presented with the Polish Golden Cross of Merit by Piotr Siwicki, of the Polish Consulate in Edinburgh, in recognition of her services in promoting Scottish-Polish relations, in particular around the Easter Ross area; notes that this honour is awarded by the President of Poland, and commends Vanda on her excellent work, which includes her role in organising the well-attended and respected commemorations at the Polish war memorial in Invergordon each November.
