Sterling Home Glasgow Supports CHAS this Christmas

That the Parliament congratulates the family-owned Scottish furniture retailer Sterling Home on helping to brighten the festive season for families in need by donating Christmas decorations and furniture to children’s hospices and hospitals across Scotland; recognises that the donations, which include cushions, throws, garlands and table runners, will support Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS) in creating warm, welcoming and festive spaces where children with life-shortening conditions and their families can spend precious time together; acknowledges that Sterling Home has supported CHAS for 18 years, raising over £115,800 through initiatives, including CHAS libraries, within its store cafés; acknowledges Sterling Home and its staff on their enduring commitment to charitable giving and community support, and on helping to bring comfort, joy and festive cheer to families across Scotland this Christmas.
