That the Parliament congratulates Sanday Community Craft Hub on winning the Best Community Tourism or Events Initiative award at the Highlands and Islands Thistle Awards; understands that Tracy Ranger and Norma Brown collected the award at the ceremony in Inverness on 3 October 2025;  recognises that the hub features work from 70 islanders and that all of the products on offer are made by locals, including knitwear, pottery, art, jewellery and more, with proceeds from any sales going directly to the craftsperson who made the items; acknowledges that the hub also hosts workshops and weekly crafts nights and runs a café; considers that the hub is an excellent asset to community tourism in Sanday and that it celebrates the incredible creativity of islanders while bringing the local community together to enjoy crafts activities; understands that the Sanday Community Craft Hub will now proceed to the Scottish Thistle Awards' national final, where it will represent the Highlands and Islands; wishes all the members the best of luck for the finals, and congratulates them once again on their remarkable achievements.
