That the Parliament commends Tulach Early Learning and Childcare Centre in Clackmannanshire on receiving the Diamond Award from NHS Forth Valley’s Speech and Language Therapy Service, which recognises excellence in supporting children’s language and communication skills, and congratulates everyone involved on their sterling endeavours in this regard.
