Celebrating CCG’s Award-winning Glasgow Developments

That the Parliament congratulates CCG (Scotland) on securing five awards at the Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2025; recognises what it sees as the company’s outstanding achievements in delivering high-quality, sustainable, and innovative housing projects in Glasgow, including Water Row in Govan and Maltings Wynd in Dundashill; believes that these awards reflect CCG’s commitment to excellence in regeneration, sustainable construction, and community impact, and acknowledges the dedication of CCG’s leadership, staff, and partners, whose expertise and collaboration have created lasting positive outcomes for communities and the built environment in Glasgow.
