That the Parliament notes that 9 October 2025 marks World Post Day, a day established by the Universal Postal Union to recognise the important role that postal services play in connecting people, businesses, and communities globally; acknowledges what it considers to be the vital contribution of postal workers in delivering essential services, supporting commerce, and maintaining communication, particularly in rural and remote areas; recognises the evolving challenges facing postal services, including digital transformation and sustainability, and reaffirms the commitment to supporting the continued development of postal services that are reliable, efficient, and accessible to all.
