That the Parliament congratulates all the winners and finalists at the Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce ICON Awards 2025; recognises the outstanding achievements of local businesses and organisations across Inverclyde; commends Compassionate Inverclyde on being named Health and Wellbeing Organisation of the Year, Craig Molloy Coaching as Most Promising Start-Up Business, Inverkip Hotel on winning the Tourism & Hospitality Award, Peak Scientific for the From Local to Global Award, Pawsitivity Purrfect Pet Services for the Business Growth Award, Safer Group for the Journey to Net Zero Award, James Walker Devol for the Learning & Development Award, Muirshiel Centre as Third Sector Organisation of the Year, and Day-Today for the Retail, Beauty & E-commerce Award; congratulates Ian McNaughton of W.H. Kirkwood Ltd on receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his decades of service and leadership in Inverclyde; acknowledges what it sees as the vital contribution that these businesses and individuals make to the local economy, community wellbeing and Inverclyde’s reputation for innovation and excellence, and wishes all involved continued success in the future.
