Group Recovery Aftercare Community Enterprise Awarded £13,000 from National Lottery

That the Parliament congratulates Group Recovery Aftercare Community Enterprise (GRACE) on being awarded £13,000 in funding through the National Lottery Awards for All Scotland; understands that the group will use the grant to cover start-up costs for a venue that will become a hub for community activity; notes that the organisation supports adults who are in recovery from life trauma, such as mental health issues, social isolation, drug or alcohol use, homelessness and bereavement, and who wish to move on from it; acknowledges the provision of mindfulness, physical, resilience and skill-based workshops in a peer-support setting, and wishes the team every success in the creation of the new hub.
