That the Parliament congratulates Robert Smith, who is the founder of the charity, Giving Real Access to Community Engagement (GRACE), on being awarded the BEM in The King's Birthday Honours List 2025 for his outstanding contributions to the community; notes that GRACE was established in 2020 with the mission to enhance accessibility and inclusion for disabled people; acknowledges what it sees as the significant impact of GRACE in providing tailored support packages, social activities, respite care and practical assistance to hundreds of individuals and families across West Scotland; recognises the charity's community-based projects, which are aimed at improving accessibility and inclusion; appreciates Robert's dedication and leadership, which have been instrumental in the success of GRACE, and wishes him continued success in his mission to support and empower disabled people.
