Pavlova Bakery Puts Glasgow on the Global Dessert Map

That the Parliament congratulates the team at Pavlova Bakery in Partick, Glasgow, on being recognised by National Geographic Traveller as one of the best places in the UK to enjoy world-class pavlova; notes the bakery’s commitment to high-quality ingredients, traditional French-inspired techniques and beautifully crafted desserts, which have earned international recognition; recognises the dedication of the family team in creating what it sees as a welcoming and innovative bakery that contributes to Glasgow’s culinary reputation; acknowledges what it sees as the positive impact this recognition has on the local community and the wider Scottish hospitality and food sector, and understands the importance of celebrating small businesses whose creativity, hard work and excellence bring pride and international attention to Scotland.
