Harviestoun Brewery Pop-Up Night Returns

  • Submitted by: Alexander Stewart, Mid Scotland and Fife, Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party.
  • Date lodged: Wednesday, 06 August 2025
  • Motion reference: S6M-18472

That the Parliament welcomes the news that a local brewery is set to welcome the public for another night of beer, street food, and community goodwill; understands that Harviestoun Brewery in Alva will host its latest pop-up night on 29 August 2025 at Alva’s Hillfoots Business Village, continuing its monthly series of relaxed, family-friendly and supervised events; believes that these open evenings have become an excellent way for the business to connect with the local community and to encourage the goodwill and wellbeing that exist in communities right across the Wee County; further believes that this is also an ideal opportunity for local catering businesses to showcase their own products, such as fresh street food by Streat Scullery and handcrafted ice cream by Milk & Honey, as well as a selection of beer products by Harviestoun, including seasonal brews; commends the businesses and entrepreneurs for this event of community goodwill, and wishes everyone involved all the very best for a highly successful evening.
