That the Parliament congratulates Ahalya Dance Academy on its successful annual showcase, Samarpana 2025; understands that Ahalya Dance Academy is an Indian classical dance school based in Edinburgh; acknowledges that Ahalya Dance Academy aims for students to explore traditional Indian dance forms, and instil a lifelong appreciation for the grace, discipline and tradition of the dance style; commends performers on delivering a successful annual showcase on 14 June 2025, which featured the classical dance forms of Bharatanatyam, Mohiniyattam, and Kuchipudi; believes that cultural expression and exchange are key for community wellbeing, and wishes students, and all those involved with Ahalya Dance Academy, well.
