That the Parliament congratulates James Dalgleish, inspector at the Clyde Marine Unit, Ministry of Defence Police, on being appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in The King’s Birthday Honours List 2025 for his services to defence policing in Helensburgh, Dunbartonshire; notes that inspector Dalgleish has dedicated over two decades to the Ministry of Defence Police; believes that he has contributed significantly to the safety and security of naval personnel and facilities; notes his exemplary service, including his participation and leadership roles in high-profile events such as the London Olympics; further notes the commendations that he has received from both the Royal Navy and the Ministry of Defence Police for his outstanding contributions; appreciates his strong working relationships with military and community partners, and wishes him continued success.
