That the Parliament congratulates the teams of Alloa Saints FC on the announcement of its new team strips at Allanwater Homes’ Oaktree Gardens development in Alloa, as a result of its ongoing sponsorship from the housebuilder; understands that the partnership, which began in 2018, has seen Allanwater Homes provide kits and branded backpacks to players of a wide range of age groups, and marks one of the company’s longest-running community initiatives; further understands that the club sees the sponsorship as going above and beyond what it could ever have hoped for; notes that the club has also been highly proactive in its own fundraising efforts, raising more than £4,000 through sponsored walks during May 2025; acknowledges that the team will be taking part in the Alan McGillivray Memorial Football Festival, which will take place on 21-22 June and then 9-10 August 2025, where more than 140 teams are expected to take part at West End Park during the four-day event; understands that funds raised from the event, which is sponsored by Sports Markings Scotland and will prepare the pitches, will go towards Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland and Forth Valley First Responders; further congratulates the festival on its fundraising endeavours; commends Alloa Saints FC on its continued success, and further commends everyone involved, including all the sponsors, players, officials and staff.
