That Parliament congratulates Burntisland Scout, Ruth Carson of the 11th Fife Scout Group, on achieving the King's Scout Award, the highest recognition in Scouting for adventure and skill development, and on attending a ceremony in Windsor Castle to receive her award from The Duke of Kent, joint president of The Scout Association, and Chief Scout Dwayne Fields, with Scout ambassadors, astronaut Tim Peake and Olympian Helen Glover; believes that it is a significant achievement for Ruth and the 11th Fife Scout Group in developing determination, resilience and commitment through the process, including by serving in the community, spending time in a new environment, hiking in wild country and developing new talents, and wishes Ruth and the 11th Fife Scout Group all the best for their future endeavours.
