SP Energy Networks Net Zero Fund Supports 1st Gourock Scout Group

That the Parliament congratulates 1st Gourock Scout Group on being awarded £169,562.50 through the SP Energy Networks Net Zero Fund to support its efforts to decarbonise and achieve net zero targets; understands that the group, which meets in and manages the Coppermine Community Centre in Gourock, has utilised the funding to install an air source heat pump, improve insulation in the roof and cavity walls, upgrade doors and windows, and replace the mechanical ventilation system; acknowledges the significant contribution that it understands these improvements will make to reducing carbon emissions and enhancing energy efficiency at the community centre; commends SP Energy Networks for its commitment to supporting community-led decarbonisation projects, and wishes 1st Gourock Scout Group continued success in its environmental and community initiatives.
