That the Parliament congratulates the Scottish Indian Arts Forum (SIAF) on organising vibrant and colourful Holi celebrations at Saughton Park, Edinburgh; understands that Holi is a Hindu festival that celebrates the eternal love of Radha and Krishna, involving smearing friends and family in bright colours; further understands that the event was attended by the Lord Provost of Edinburgh, the MSPs, Foysol Choudhury, Sandesh Gulhane and Sarah Boyack, the MP, Martyn Day, and the Consul from the Consulate General of India in Edinburgh; acknowledges and appreciates SIAF in bringing the community together by organising various multicultural events throughout the year, and wishes SIAF well in the future.
