That the Parliament recognises Martin Ligman’s 40 years of service to the Kirkcaldy YMCA; understands that Martin started out as a member when he was six years old and has been involved with the YMCA movement ever since; notes that Martin has been involved in many activities with the YMCA over the years, such as DJing, youth work, international exchanges, outdoor education, and sport; acknowledges that Martin was team manager for the Kirkcaldy YMCA under-21 football team for three years, team manager of Kirkcaldy YMCA Amateur FC for 15 years, and is the current chairman/secretary of Kirkcaldy YMCA Amateur FC; notes that Martin also currently serves as treasurer for the Fife Amateur Football Executive, and is a delegate on the Scottish Amateur Football Association; commends Martin’s steadfast dedication to helping young people get the most out of life, and wishes him all the best for the future.
