That the Parliament welcomes the news that four local projects have been funded by their local lottery, Love Newmilns Lotto; understands that the Love Newmilns Lotto is a monthly lottery, organised by the Newmilns Regeneration Association; notes that this is the third round of the lottery aimed at supporting local projects; understands that four projects were supported in this round, including £310 to 1st Newmilns Brownies and Rainbows to support a county event at Heads of Ayr Farm Park, £290 to 16th Ayrshire (Newmilns) Scout Group to support activities at its Lapwing Lodge trip, £340 to Gilfoot Tenants and Residents Association Action Group to support its tuck shop and tombola prizes for its G in the Park event, and £260 to Loudoun Church for the purchase of a microwave and fridge for the church hall kitchen; commends the Newmilns Regeneration Association and the Love Newmilns Lotto Committee on their efforts to provide grant funding to home-grown projects, and wishes them all the best in the future.
