That the Parliament congratulates Dhoom Indian Streatery on being awarded the Most Wanted Restaurant of the Year at the Scottish Curry Awards 2023; notes that the restaurant is based in Dunfermline, in Fife; understands that the accolade is helping to secure Dunfermline’s place on the culinary map soon after it achieved city status; further understands that the ceremony took place in Glasgow to recognise and celebrate the talents and hard work of individuals and businesses within the Scottish curry industry, and what it sees as the country's rich and diverse curry culture; recognises the hard work of Oceanic Events in providing an enjoyable evening for all attendees; appreciates the entire workforce of Dhoom for their hard work and dedication to providing a unique dining experience for its customers; expresses gratitude to all Dhoom’s customers, who, it believes, have supported the restaurant through difficult periods over the past four years, and extends its very best wishes for continued success to the restaurant and its staff, and for the future.
