That the Parliament congratulates 12-year-old Scottish Judo Champion, Finlay Whitelaw, of Bishopbriggs, for winning the English title in Devon, where he received his medal from Olympian and Commonwealth champion, Ashley McKenzie; further congratulates Finlay for winning the British championship in Sheffield in March 2023; understands that Finlay began Judo aged just five, and that he has been part of Judo Scotland’s development team for the last two years, and wishes him every success for the future.
