Irvine’s Powerchair Footballer

That the Parliament congratulates Irvine’s James Doull, who represented Scotland in the European Powerchair Football Association (EPFA) Home Nations Cup; understands James, who captains the Ayrshire Tigers, took part in the tournament at the Ards Blair Maynes Leisure Centre in Newtownards in County Down, Northern Ireland, on 7-8 May 2022; further understands that the Nations Cup saw James and his teammates play against national sides from England, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, in which the teams played against each other once, in a group stage, before first and second in the group took each other on for the title, and third and fourth played for the official third place; notes that he has been selected for another upcoming tournament, the EPFA Cup, which will take place in Geneva, Switzerland, between 21 and 27 August 2022; congratulates James on his skill and talent, and wishes him every success for the future.
