That the Parliament congratulates Kelty Hearts FC on winning Scottish League 2 with five matches remaining in the season; understands that the club only became a full Scottish Football Association member in December 2017 and secured promotion to the national leagues following two consecutive seasons as Champions of the Lowland League; considers this to be a remarkable rate of progression through the pyramid system, and wishes the club every success next season in Scottish League 1.
