As an amendment to motion S4M-13872 in the name of John Finnie (Tinker's Heart Becomes a Scheduled Monument), after "whole of Scotland" insert "; considers however that the scheduling of the Tinker's Heart needs to be followed by coordinated action by all agencies working with the landowner, the local community, the Here We Are Project and the Gypsy/Travellers of Scotland in order to improve access, signage and parking at the Heart so that it can be fully appreciated in safety and its significance better understood".
