Earnings in Scotland 2020 - Real Living Wage

This infographic looks at the latest data on the real living wage from the Scottish Governments analysis of the Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings.

Three hundred and fifty thousand employees in Scotland earn less than the real living wage, this is equal to 15.2% of employees. Sixteen percent of female employees earn below the living wage compared with 14% of males. In Scotland there are a total of 1929 accredited living wage employers.
