Question
To ask the Scottish Government whether it has carried out an Island Communities Impact Assessment in relation to the Visitor Levy (Scotland) Bill, and, if not, whether it plans to do so.
Answer
The Scottish Government has undertaken an Island Communities Impact Assessment for the Visitor Levy (Scotland) Bill. The findings from our assessment are published in the Visitor Levy (Scotland) Bill: island communities impact assessment on 25 May 2023.
