Good morning and welcome to the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee’s fourth meeting in session 6.

Agenda item 1 is to welcome Tess White, who joins us on the committee, and to invite her to declare any relevant interests.

I have no relevant interests to declare.

Thank you. Tess is joining us to replace Alexander Stewart, whom I thank for his work on the committee, even though we have met only on a few occasions in session 6. With the consent of the committee, I would like to write to Alexander to thank him for his support so far.
