As Mr Scott is here, our next item will be consideration of a Parliamentary Bureau motion.
Motion S1M-1720 is on approval of Scottish statutory instruments.
Motion moved,
That the Parliament agrees that the following instruments be approved—
the draft Scotland Act 1998 (Transfer of Functions to the Scottish Ministers etc.) Order 2001 and,
the draft Civil Defence (Scotland) Regulations 2001.—[Tavish Scott.]
As I indicated, by the power vested in me, I intend to suspend the meeting until 4.30 pm.
