Disabled Persons (Badges for Motor Vehicles) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2000 (SSI 2000/170)

The Convener:

The second set of regulations relates to disabled persons' badges. We received a response to the vires argument; we had raised doubts. It is suggested that we should simply note for the record that we flagged up the matter, and that we should leave it at that. In due course, we may, or may not, be justified in having pointed out some potential pitfalls.
