Building Standards and Procedure Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 1999 (SSI 1999/173)

The Convener:

On SSI 1999/173, it was remiss of me not to mention that it is intended that it will be taken as read that minor typographical errors will be intimated by our clerks directly to the Executive. There are some such errors in this instrument. Is it agreed that we will have those matters drawn to the Executive's attention and that we do not need to do so formally?

Members indicated agreement.
