Good morning and welcome to the 33rd meeting in 2015 of the Health and Sport Committee. I ask everyone to switch off mobile phones, as they often interfere with the sound system. People will, however, see members using tablet devices instead of hard copies for our committee papers.
We have received apologies from Bob Doris. I welcome Michael Russell, who is joining us as a substitute member. As this is Mr Russell’s first appearance at the committee as a substitute member, I ask him to declare any relevant interests.
