Seed (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2016 (SSI 2016/434)

Ladies and gentlemen, agenda item 4 is consideration of subordinate legislation. In relation to the regulations, which are subject to negative procedure, the committee is asked to consider any issue that it wishes to raise in reporting to the Parliament. Members should note that no motions to annul have been lodged and that no representations have been made on the regulations.

That concludes the committee’s business. I remind members that at its next meeting, on 1 February, the committee expects to take evidence from the Minister for Transport and the Islands on rail services and to hold its first evidence-taking session on the Scottish Government’s draft climate change plan.
