Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee

The Order is subject to affirmative procedure (Rule 10.6). It is for the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee to recommend to the Parliament whether the Order should be approved.
The Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform, Roseanna Cunningham MSP, has, by motion S5M-07898, proposed that the Committee recommends approval of the Order.
At its meeting on the 31 October 2017, the Committee took evidence on the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 (Amendment of Specified Authorities) Order 2017 [draft]from—
