The Local Government Pension Scheme (Scotland) Amendment (No 2) Regulations 2005 (SSI 2005/315) were circulated to members prior to the recess in order to allow any points of concern to be raised.
I have a number of points to add to what has correctly been said already. During the recess, the situation changed a lot, especially in west Dumfries and Galloway.
